In 1984 while gold digging in Ecuador in an underground tunnel system as many as 350 various artifacts were discovered.

Nearly all of the 350 artifacts discovered here don’t really fit into any past or present known South American cultures.

One of the most significant of these items discovered was a large stone which appeared to show a representation of our planet and all of the continents.

Although the continents had been carved into the stone in rather sloppy manner, they’re still several significant qualities of this stone that are truly amazing. The stone is estimated to have been created somewhere between 10 to 12 thousand years ago. It is basically a globe of our planet.

All of the main continents are depicted on the stone and for the most part they are shown in their correct locations and their correct relative sizes. How could anyone possibly know the geographic locations and sizes of all the worlds land masses that long ago?

Even more amazing is that ever who made the stone also knew the exact relative position on Earth they were at or where the stone was located. They marked that location on the map using a small circular inlay which was also the same spot where the stone world map was discovered. In the image to the left you can see a dark circle positioned right over Ecuador. That is where the stone was found. This discovery is significant because it helps support the theory that there was once an advanced civilization that had the capability to travel the world, a world that is round.

There is also another inlay that appears like a human eye which is marking a location on Iraq. Iraq is known to be the home of one of our earliest known civilizations called Sumer in southern Mesopotamia. The Sumerians wrote about highly advanced space explorers called the Anunnaki who visited Earth. The eye symbol is often used as a way to represent a god that is watching over everyone. The Anunnaki were considered gods by the Sumerians. Anunnaki translated means “those who came from heaven to earth”. In old testament the term that is used is “Anakim“.

In the Atlantic Ocean between South America and Africa an island continent is depicted that does not currently exist their today. Some people think that the island could be the legendary island of Atlantis which was mentioned in Plato’s dialogues Timaeus and Critias written around 360 BC. In Plato’s writings he told how Atlantis was destroyed in a great cataclysmic event around 9600 BC. This would make sense considering the stone was probably created 400 to 2400 years before this event.
